RESORT POLICY

Smoking Policy

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, the Coliseum Ocean Resort maintains a strict no smoking policy:

​

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms.

  • Guests who wish to smoke must do so outside their room, with the door completely closed to prevent smoke from entering the building.

  • Smoking or vaping of cannabis is not permitted anywhere on resort property. Guests who wish to use cannabis must do so off-property, such as on the beach where permitted by local laws.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in a cleaning fee and/or additional penalties.

Pet Policy

We do not allow pets at our property. This policy helps us maintain a clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly environment for all our guests.
 

Please note:​

  • Service animals as defined by the ADA are always welcome.

  • Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and companion animals are not classified as service animals under the ADA and are therefore not permitted.

Guests found with unauthorized pets may be subject to a cleaning fee and/or asked to vacate the premises.

Quiet Hours

To ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for all guests, we observe Quiet Hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.

​

During this time, we ask that the following courtesies be exhibited to all fellow guests:​

  • Keep noise to a minimum, especially in hallways and common areas

  • Lower the volume on music outdoors

  • Avoid slamming doors or making loud disturbances during quiet hours.
